I then work with the organization’s development staff, in a tightly structured manner, to introduce new systems (or improve existing ones) for identifying and researching prospects, devising orderly cultivation and solicitation strategies, enhancing the quality of written and oral presentations, accelerating tempo and adhering to deadlines, tracking key metrics, and improving overall efficiency in order to enhance the quantity and effectiveness of solicitations and exceed revenue goals.
For organizations not certain that Advanced Fundraising Management Coaching is needed, The Fundraising System can conduct a stand-alone audit of organizational fundraising practices in order to assess capacity in terms of staff roles, management protocols, materials, technology, board engagement, and more.
While Individual Giving requires sustained, intensive personal interaction, much of the Institutional Giving function of a development office can be conducted remotely. The Fundraising System can fulfill the role of the Institutional Giving staff on either an interim or permanent basis.
